Who are eligible to use the service?

  1. The PROGRAMME is open to residents of Ethiopia that are subscribers of Ethio Telecom, (both prepaid or postpaid). The person that owns the SIM card or has express authorization from the SIM card’s owner to use it is considered the member, regardless of the actual user of the phone.

How much is the cost of the program?

  1. During the PREMIUM PERIOD, customer is charged at ETB 2/DAY inclusive of all taxes, while CONTENT is free of charge in the FREE TRIAL period. 

How do we subscribe and Unsubscribe to the service?

  1. Visitors who wish to subscribe to the premium service shall click the Subscribe button on the landing page and send sms OK to the designated shortcode
  2. In case a Subscriber is in the PREMIUM PERIOD and does not have sufficient credit to receive the interactive CONTENT SMS within the programme period, he/she will NOT be eligible to enjoy ANY of the benefits.
  3. PARTICIPANTS in both the FREE and PREMIUM Periods can terminate their subscription by clicking Unsubscribe and Send Stop to the short code and get response confirming the unsubscription.
  4. All PARTICIPANTS can subscribe to additional services by clicking Subscribe link and send OK to the short code under the Our Services page and get confirmation

 

አጠቃቀም መመሪያ ፤

የ ኪያቴክ ቴክኖሎጅ ከ ኢትዮ ቴሌኮም ጋር በመተባበር የሚያቀርብላችሁ የ ድረገጽ የ ትምህርት አገልግሎት ሲሆን፤ የሚከተሉት ስምምነቶችን የያዘ ነው፤

የ አገልግሎቱ ተገቢነት 

1. ይህ ፕሮግራም አገልግሎት የሚሰጠው በ ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ ንዋሪ ለሆኑ እና የ ኢትዮ ቴሌኮም ደንበኞች ለሆኑ ተጠቃሚዎች ሲሆን የ ቅድመ ክፍያም ሆነ የ ድህረ ክፍያ ተጠቃሚዎችን ያካትታል። 

የ አገልግሎት ዋጋ እና ምዝገባ ፤

1. ጎብኝዎች ለአገልግሎቶቻችን ለመመዝገብ ፊት ገጻችን ላይ ይመዝገቡ የሚለውን በመጫን እና በ አጭር ጽሁፍ OK ብለው በመላክ መመዝገብ ይችላሉ፤   

2. ከ መጀመሪያዎቹ የ ሶስት ቀናት የሙከራ እና የ ነጻ ጊዜ በኋላ በየቀኑ አገልግሎቱ ተደራሽ በሆነበት ወቅት የ ሚከፈል ቫትን ጨምሮ 2 ብር ይሆናል። 

2. ማንኛውም ተጠቃሚ በክፍያ ወቅት ተገቢውን ክፍያ መፈጸም ካልቻለ አገልግሎቱን መጠቀም አይችልም።

3. ደንበኞች አገልግሎቱን በማንኛውም ሰዓት ማቋረጥ የሚችሉ ሲሆን በዚሁ ድረ ገጽ ላይ Unsubscribe የሚለውን በመጫን እና ወደተገለጸው አጭር ቁጥር STOP ብለው በመላክ አገልግሎቱን ማቋረጥ ይችላሉ። በተጨማሪም አገልግሎቱን ማቋረጣቸውን የሚገልጽ አጭር መልዕክት ይደርሳቸዋል። 

4. ማንኛውም ተጠቃሚ  በድረ ገጹ የፊት ገጽ ላይ Subscribe /ይመዝገቡ የሚለውን በመጫን እና ወደተገለጸው ቁጥር OK ብለው በመላክ መመዝገብ የሚችሉ ሲሆን የማረጋገጫ አጭር የጽሁፍ መልዕክትም የሚደርሳቸው ይሆናል ።
